In a small bowl, mix the warm water, sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 mins.

In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix together until a sticky batter forms - don't worry if it's not kneadable.

Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm spot for 45-60 mins until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 190°C and line or grease a loaf pan.

Pour in the dough and smooth out the top with damp hands and let it rise for 10-15 mins

Bake for 40-45 mins or until the top is golden brown - it will sound hollow when you tap on the top.

Let it cool in the pan for 10 mins and then remove and cool on rack before slicing.
