Fabulous GF Flour!
Until I came across Gluten Free Nomad All Purpose Baking Flour, I made my own blend because I couldn't find a ready mixed gluten free flour that worked well for most baking. Gluten Free Nomad has changed that for me. The flour works really well in everything from breads to pastries to cakes, and is easy to adapt into self-raising flour when needed, too. I recommend it highly!

Best gluten free flour on the market. For all baking and cooking needs it is so versatile and reliable. You would not know the difference between gluten free and regular flour.

my go to GF flour!
This is my go to GF flour! I love it, it contains no gums and makes delicious cakes, biscuits and breads. I wouldn't trade for any other flour brand since finding this beauty

absolutely superb product
My first time baking with Gluten Free Nomad flour today. It is an absolutely superb product. Easy to work with, great texture, taste … The spiced honey loaf I made couldn’t have turned out better. I won’t be using anything else!

Every recipe works!
This flour blend gave life to baking again! Every recipe works, the products are always what they are meant to be and most importantly you can't tell there is not gluten present. This flour, as soon as you open your first packet - you know this is premium quality from the smell, how it feels on your hands: this is the big deal !
