Gluten Free Nomad isn't a brand that simply decided gluten free was a good market opportunity.

Our story started when our founder, Andy, was diagnosed with coeliac disease.

Suddenly, finding suitable food and ingredients became something that required far more thought and planning. Like many people following a strict gluten free diet, Andy experienced firsthand how difficult it could be to find products that offered both confidence and great results.

That experience became part of the reason Gluten Free Nomad was created.

We wanted to create a gluten free flour that made baking feel exciting again — whether you're making fresh bread, family pizza night, cakes for a celebration or simply your favourite everyday recipes.
