Ingredients:
3 cups of Gluten Free Nomad 1:1 All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cups warm water (37°C)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Method:
  1. In a small bowl, mix the warm water, sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 mins.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix together until a sticky batter forms - don't worry if it's not kneadable.
  3. Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm spot for 45-60 mins until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat oven to 190°C and line or grease a loaf pan.
  5. Pour in the dough and smooth out the top with damp hands and let it rise for 10-15 mins
  6. Bake for 40-45 mins or until the top is golden brown - it will sound hollow when you tap on the top.
  7. Let it cool in the pan for 10 mins and then remove and cool on rack before slicing.
