Ingredients
Vanilla Cake
250g butter
250g caster sugar
4 eggs
pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
250g Gluten Free Nomad All Purpose Flour
2 tsp baking powder
Icing Topping
250g icing sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
Sprinkles for topping

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tray
  2. Beat butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add the eggs, salt, vanilla, flour and baking powder and beat together again.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared tin and bake for about 25min
  5. Allow to cool in tin for 10 mins and then move to a wire rack to cool.
  6. Once cooled, mix together the icing sugar and milk
  7. Pour the icing topping over the top. Then, spread the sprinkles over the top and allow to set before slicing.
  8. Slice and enjoy!
