Our gluten free doughnuts recipe:
Ingredients
1 cup Gluten Free Nomad 1:1 All Purpose Baking Flour
1-2 scoops protein powder
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
Optional for topping (you can use any toppings of your choice)
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease your doughnut tray

Mix flour, protein, baking powder and salt in a large bowl

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, oil and yoghurt together

Pour wet ingredients in to dry ingredients and whisk

Fill your doughnut moulds about halfway (allow for the doughnuts to rise)

Bake for 12 mins

Let them cool before adding any toppings
For the topping

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl (big enough to fit the doughnut in)

Chop up the peanuts and pour them in to a bowl

Pour desiccated coconut in to another bowl

Dip the top of your doughnuts in to the melted chocolate and then dip in to either the the peanuts or desiccated coconut
