Ingredients
70g brown sugar
60g oil
120g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
120g full cream milk
1 egg
salt
nutmeg
Cinnamon Sugar
50g brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Method

Preheat oven to 180 °C. Spray a doughnut tray with oil and set aside.

Make the cinnamon sugar by mixing the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl or snaplock bag.

In a bowl mix together the sugar, oil, flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, milk and egg.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again then, set aside for 10 minutes.

Fill the tray halfway with the mixture and bake for 10 mins. Allow the doughnuts to cool in the tray for 5 minutes.

While they're still warm, place doughnuts in cinnamon sugar and coat them completely.
