Ingredients
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
50g melted butter + extra for cooking
300g milk
2 eggs
30g sugar
Method

Add melted butter, milk, eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix

In another bowl, add flour, baking powder and salt and mix

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth

Heat pan over low-medium heat and melt 1 tsp of butter

Cook pancakes in frying pan - for each pancake, pour in pancake mix and cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start popping on pancake surface. Turn pancake over and cook for another 1 minute

Repeat with remaining pancake mix
